About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Auditorium Support:
o Assist in setting up and breaking down furniture and equipment for events.
o Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
o Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
o Ensure audiovisual equipment is properly arranged in the audio room.
o Replace light bulbs and perform minor electrical repairs as needed.
o Assist with crowd control and seating arrangements during events.
o Make sure stage and green room are clean and in good condition.
o Clean all linen clothings (table cloths, chair covers, curtains etc) as per schedule provided.
o Organize all used linens in proper way in the storage room.
• Kitchen Support:
o Assist in preparing and setting up kitchen equipment and supplies for daily use.
o Wash used aprons, fold them and keep in the respective place.
o Clean and organize kitchen pantry.
o Perform routine cleaning, including washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, countertops, sinks, and kitchen equipment.
o Conduct regular inspections and perform minor repairs on kitchen appliances (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers).
o Ensure kitchen supplies such as soap, paper towels, and trash bags are stocked.
o Monitor and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment.
o Assist with food preparation and service during events as needed.
o Throw away leftover cooked food items and clean the utensils.
• And any other duties assigned by the Manager.
o
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or kitchen support preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Physically demanding work requiring lifting and moving of heavy objects.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and maintenance tools.

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as an Auditorium and Kitchen Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations, cleaning, and maintenance of the auditorium and kitchen areas, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational.
