Free Drop-In Yoga Classes!
All ages and faiths, from beginners to advanced, will feel welcomed in our classes.
Yoga helps you develop balance, flexibility and strength in your body, mind and spirit. Yoga was developed by Hindus over 5,000 years ago.
All classes are held at the Hindu Temple of Minnesota's Nath auditorium (or outside if weather is permitting).
Tuesday evenings 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday evenings 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Saturday mornings 8:00-9:30 a.m.
Sunday mornings 8:00-9:30 a.m.
