About the event
We will now be celebrating International Yoga Day at the Nath Auditorium at the Hindu Society of Minnesota, instead of our previously planned venue at the State Capitol, due to rain.
This event is a vibrant community gathering dedicated to promoting the practice and benefits of yoga. It will feature a guided group yoga session led by experienced instructors, complemented by light breathing and meditation exercises. The atmosphere will be welcoming, inclusive, and suitable for participants of all experience levels.
This is a peaceful, non-commercial event designed to foster wellness, unity, and mindfulness. We’re excited to continue this tradition following a successful celebration last year—and we look forward to sharing the experience with you once again!
