About the event
We will be celebrating International Yoga Day at the State Capitol in the Twin Cities. The event is a community gathering focused on promoting the practice and benefits of yoga. It will include a guided group yoga session led by experienced instructors, along with light breathing and meditation exercises. The atmosphere will be welcoming and inclusive, suitable for participants of all experience levels. This is a peaceful, non-commercial event meant to foster wellness, unity, and mindfulness. We hosted a similar celebration last year and are excited to continue the tradition.
