I subscribe to the Quad City Times mainly for local news and daily updates, but recently several newspaper deliveries have been missed completely. Some editions arrive late, while others never show up at all without explanation. I contacted customer support already, though the delivery problems still continue from time to time. Reliable delivery is one of the most important parts of a newspaper subscription. The reporting itself remains informative and useful, but inconsistent service affects the overall value.
