We need a new dishwasher and I’ve been debating whether to go to a traditional department store or just order something from a big-box retailer online. I remember my parents always going to the mall for big purchases because the protection plans were so reliable back then. Does the in-store service still hold up, or are you basically on your own once the delivery truck leaves your driveway?
