SES Registration

Thank you for your interest in joining HSMN's Senior Enrichment Services (SES). 

Eligibility Criteria: Age 65+ with Hindu or Jain faith. There is a $25 membership fee per year.

In order to register, fill out the following form and complete the payment via Shopify (linked below) or by delivering a check to Neha.
